This is a special episode. A gift from my past self, a healing mediation I channelled back in 2022.

Like so many of us at the moment, I was feeling tired and a little anxious when I asked Spirit "What is my podcast topic to be in service this week to myself and my community?"

My intuition said 'heart healing mediation.' Then I heard 'Sacred Waters Meditation.' I had totally forgotten about this channelled meditation I had recorded long ago.

I sat down and mediated and felt calm and energised after. I trust you will as well. It is a powerful healing tool you can come back to again and again.
