This 12 minute breathwork episode begins with the art of simplicity and bringing conscious awareness to yourself, your feelings, and most importantly- your breath.
This is a body-scan themed episode that follows the breath from the top of the skull and flows down and around your entire body using mental imagery of a bright and powerful light as your guide. This episode is great for prepping the mind and body for sleep, relaxation, or just finding a few moments to yourself.
