Description
Please join us for a unique 22 minute breathwork session where we explore the process of diffusing our thoughts and emotions from our own self-identification. This concept is firmly rooted in the improving emotional health, stress resiliency, and getting curious about ourselves and our connection with others.
This themed breathwork meditation is helpful in aiding us with what many psychologists call "cognitive distortions." These distortions are unhelpful, and often times inaccurate thoughts that we take as truth.
A powerful and evidenced based therapy knowns as "Acceptance & Commitment Therapy" (ACT) helps us understand that instead of changing, fighting, or battling with our internal thoughts or experiences, we can focus our efforts on changing the way we interact and relate to these thoughts. This process is an incredibly powerful mindset to adopt because it enables to detangle ourselves from our emotions and how we identify with ourselves and with others.
**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This
allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.
-For example, searching "5 minute meditation" or "15 minute meditation"
