Description
This is a 13 minute fully immersive breathwork session that focuses on bringing awareness to the body through a series of cyclical contract and relax exercises. These types of exercises improves our bodily awareness and increasing how mindful we are of our bodily sensations and can improve our health, decrease pain, increase physical performance, and help us reconnect with ourselves.
**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This
allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.
