This episode is a fully immersive breath practice that helps to reconnect your body, improve lung capacity, modulate stress, and contributes to mind and body health. We begin by checking in with the body and silence through progressive sets of breath holds followed by resetting breathing patterns (in/out through the nose)
This breath work journey is focused on intrinsic cues and the unique experiences created by exploring the silence of the breath when paired with calming and fulfilling music which ends with a reflection of gratitude.
