Join us during this short journey of using the breath to restore, relax and unwind.
This <17 minute breathwork session including soothing meditation music, includes guided meditation breathwork to reconnect with ourselves and those around us.
This breathwork meditation begins with a body scan to calm the mind and the senses, then flows between energizing and resetting breath patterns.
**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.
