Description
A guided breath work meditation focus on regaining peace, tranquility, and stillness. This episode begins with a gentle body scan and flows into guided breathwork to induce stillness and a sense of calm.
This session can be used for meditation for experts or meditation for beginners and gives you a safe space to rest, recover, and reconnect.
**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This
allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.
