This breathing 14 minute breathing journey is perfect for cleansing, activating, and recharging your mind, body, and soul.

This practice begins with resetting ourselves, and follows this simple, but effective cadence:

1) Double inhales

2) Resetting breath 


Through this meditation practice, you will energize your mind and ask your body what it needs in this moment and finish with a big sigh and a few moments of reflective silence.



**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This

allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.

-For example, searching "5 minute meditation" or "15 minute meditation"
