In this episode, the group discuss employability, what is wanted/expected from life and defining the work life balance.

The Owt or Nowt Podcast was recorded live at South Tyneside College, featuring a live audience and in association with Headliners UK; presented by Billy Watson, Alan Stephenson, Christian Stanton, Mayson Sawyer, Shafin Sarker, Fenton Robinson, Cameron Nicholson, Ben Lovell and Mahin Khan.
