As an internationally recognized teacher and innovator in the plastic surgery field, Dr. Guyuron has focused his practice on facial surgery. He specializes in migraine surgery, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.

His commitment to progress is evident in his numerous advancements that have improved surgical safety and results. These advancements are widely shared through publications, presentations, and textbooks. He developed a highly successful outpatient procedure for the surgical treatment of migraine headaches that has been recognized by the medical community as innovative and highly successful. He has performed more than 2,500 migraine surgery procedures.

Dr. Guyuron is passionate about educating future generations of plastic surgeons. He has served as a visiting professor at over 50 institutions, including Harvard, Yale, UCLA, Stanford, and the Mayo Clinic. He has published over 300 articles, three textbooks, and 63 book chapters, and delivered over 1,000 presentations in 31 countries. His expertise is further solidified by his role as a reviewer and editor for top plastic surgery journals like Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
