Decision of the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Building Safety & Homelessness dated 25th September 2024 allowing an appeal by a consortium led by Barratt David Wilson Homes, granting outline planning permission, in accordance with the inspector’s recommendations, for up to 1000 dwellings, secondary & primary schools, community facility & retail uses, open space & landscaped areas with associated engineering works on land between Huntingdon Toad & Hilston Road Cambridge, known Darwin Green Phases Two and Three.

Decision of an inspector dated 24th September 2024 allowing an appeal by Infinis Solar Developments Ltd against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council to refuse an application for the installation of a solar PV park land at Brogborough Landfill Site, Woburn Road, Lidlington.
