EP65: Niamh Kavanagh- Eurovision Song Contest Winner, Singer and Podcaster.
With only two weeks until Ireland goes back to Eurovision 2022 in Turin, Italy.
I thought who better to chat to than the Eurovision 1993 Song Contest Winner and podcast co-host, Niamh Kavanagh from Dublin to hear her story of Eurovision.
Niamh talked about everything from growing up in her early years in Ballymun, the sequence of events that led to her participating, what it was like the week of Eurovision 1993? also getting involved with Junior Eurovision.
Niamh also talked about the origins of the Eurovision, Ireland's history in the competition, her thoughts on the modern-day competition, upcoming gigs and so much more.
Thank you, Niamh for sharing your story and giving your time, this was a lot of fun and thanks for giving a behind the scenes take on the Eurovision.
I hope everyone enjoys this episode and remember you are always welcome here on Hartelines.
