The Bad Muslim Discount: A Novel (w/ Arthur Howell from the 2 Cents Critic Podcast!)

Today, I am joined by none other than Arthur Howell of the 2 Cents Critic Podcast. Arthur gives reviews and recaps for books, movies, and TV shows, inviting in a whole range of special guests to join in on the fun...

The book of the moment for today’s episode is The Bad Muslim Discount: A Novel. Just a forewarning for those of you listening, this is NOT a spoiler-free zone. We will be discussing this book in all of its glory, which of course includes revealing the ending.

Masood grew up in Karachi, Pakistan and has been a citizen of three countries, living in nine cities. He says his nomadic, multicultural life has taught him "human beings are the same everywhere..., and the theme of this fundamental human unity informs everything I write." Masood studied English literature at the University of Toronto, then attended the William and Mary School of Law. Outside of writing, Masood currently practices law. Masood currently lives in Sacramento with his two children, ages two and four.
