If you are feeling stressed, busy, or overwhelmed, join me for mindfulness walking meditation. This is a good practice for beginners or anyone that wants to release stress and calm down with movement. You can listen to this guided meditation when you go out for a short, slow walk. This is not a power walk, so keep that in mind when you select the place for your mindfulness practice. For this meditative walk, walk slowly without increasing your heartbeat. This meditation will focus on mindfulness of sensations and your five senses.
