If we really want a healthy period, we have to pay attention to the health of our girly bits All. The. Time.

Over time, we’ve been taught that PMS, cramps, mood swings, etc are normal and let me assure you that THEY’RE NOT!

We should be able to sail through that time of the month as if it were almost the same as any other day. Same goes for menopause.

So if you experience cramps, mood swings, PMS, depression, etc monthly - listen to this episode!

In this episode, I’ll share what we need before, during and all the time to make our periods more tolerable, to support the health of our hormones and to have a healthy vagina and period.
