Married for 20 years, she and her husband, Barton, are the authors of Ink in the Wheels: Stories to Make Love Roll, a seminal work on disability and intimate relationship. Together, they have spoken and led interactive workshops on disability and the nuances of cultivating thriving inter-ability relationships, internationally since 2008.
Today, she highlights her writing, photography, and accessible hiking tips through Laughing Trails, where she integrates insights from coaching and the creative arts in service to others
