This is a Yin and Yang balancing meditation. As you lie down flat on the floor observing your thoughts and energy flow with your right hand on your stomach (as the representation of connecting with your masculine side) and the left hand on your chest (as a representation of connecting with your feminine side)... and assessing the % balance of each on a scale of 0 to 100% keeping that split in mind begin doing this meditation....
