'OM' is the first cosmic sound produced during creation of universe. Almost all Mantras contain Om, as it has very powerful vibrations which resonates with the nature and nurtures life. Monks in ancient India used this Mantra to attain Nirvana. It's equally relevant in present lifestyle which is full of anxiety and stress. Regular chanting will help in balancing mind, body and soul. Regular chanting of Omkar in the right way helps in attaining peace and tranquility which leads to happy and joyful life. In this episode, I have explained the importance of Omkar chanting, it's benefits on physical, mental and spiritual health and also elaborated the right technique to chant. The technique is based on yogic scriptures and simplified in such a way that even a beginner can learn and practice for health and happiness.
