
Many of us find ourselves unmotivated in our daily lives at some point. Everyone has difficulties, and it's okay to not want to do something or be around other people. Sometimes we need time or space away from things and people for a while to clear our heads and restore our energy. But when either motivation is gone completely, we're at risk for getting depressed and gradually sliding into a life that is difficult to get out of.
