First episode of 2022 and we are still dealing with last year problems. When others tell us something we make assumptions right? But if they don't tell us anything we make assumptions to fill in the blanks. Even if we're told something that we don't understand we make assumptions about what it means and then believe the assumptions without any true understanding. We make all sorts of assumptions because we don't have the courage to ask questions. So do we really want answers?

Tonight I'm jaded. Why is Eurocentric beauty considered professional when Caucasian women tan their skin and get butt and lip injections? The artificial beauty they try to mimic isn't considered beautiful or professional in it's natural form so why do they desire to look that way? Woman of color are good enough to be copied but never valued as the original.
