For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you! It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Ep 125 // Prioritize Boundaries For Your Health, Daily Routnines and Your Habits First!
Hey Momma! Do you ever feel like your needs always come last? What would change if you put boundaries in place that actually protected your health, your routines, and your habits? In this episode, I’m sharing why boundaries aren’t selfish, they’re essential.  Boundaries protect your health by keeping your sleep, nutrition, and energy a priority. They protect your time so routines can actually happen. And most importantly, they protect your identity so you don’t lose yourself in the shuffle of motherhood. We’ll walk through the different types of boundaries: time, health, environmental, and relational and talk about how they create the space where your habits can thrive. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to put one clear boundary in place this week. Whether it’s protecting your bedtime, saying no to one more commitment, or carving out a daily reset time, choose one and keep it. Boundaries are the guardrails that keep your habits steady and your identity intact. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.   🎦 Book a FREE 15 min call 🙌 Coaching Program   🎁FREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard    👇👇Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms Community  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter   📣📣Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
