Are women accessing justice in traditional courts?

Habakkuk Trust, through its local level advocacy programme and constitutional awareness meetings, gathered that women were not accessing justice in traditional courts presided over by Chiefs and Headmen. Women then called for enhanced access to justice by inclusion of females as accessors in the traditional justice system. Nondumiso Ncube, Habakkuk Trust Programmes Officer and Sibongile Tshuma live on Sykz Metro FM discussing the importance of having women in traditional courts.
