Today we got the opportunity to sit down and talk with Tom Aldrich who works for Goldman Sachs. The program he joined is the Veterans Integration Program at Goldman Sachs and as he mentioned many firms have a similar program for transitioning Veterans. His transition tips, mindset, and his excitement about the Janus Program gave us plenty to talk about.
