In this episode Gyani Amrik Singh discusses on Panj Kand (the five stages of spiritual journey) from Pauri 34 to 37 of Jap Ji Sahib. Guru Nanak describes the spiritual journey through the five stages of enlightenment, known as the Panj Khand (Five Realms). The journey begins in Dharam Khand (Realm of Duty), where one becomes aware of divine justice and the importance of righteous living. Next is Gyan Khand (Realm of Knowledge), where the seeker gains wisdom and understanding of the vastness of creation. This is followed by Saram Khand (Realm of Effort), where spiritual practice refines the mind and body, leading to inner transformation. In Karam Khand (Realm of Grace), the soul experiences divine grace and spiritual strength, overcoming all obstacles. Finally, in Sach Khand (Realm of Truth), the seeker unites with the Eternal Truth, experiencing oneness with the Creator. These stages emphasize self-awareness, discipline, grace, and ultimate union with the Divine.
