Jim Kelly plays Black Belt, a smooth-talking martial artist whose official job title is questionable and whose promise to help keep the Mafia away from a South Central Los Angeles Karate school is even more substantial. Did Enrique enjoy this Blacksploitation masterpiece? Will this movie crack the top ten? Who's wearing hat? Black Belt Jones is wearing hat.
