We reveal how puberty, contraceptives and the transition from school to university influenced our fitness and health - sharing some of the methods that helped us adjust to this. We share our opinions on fitness and health influencers and how these effected our perception of the topic. Lastly, we talk about our current lifestyle and the goals we have set for ourselves in terms of fitness and health.
