S2 Ep 8 - The (plant-based) Meat and Potatoes of Earth Day!

Happy Earth Day!!!!!

If you haven't heard yet, a new report by Lettuce Grow and The Farm Project JUST came out and boy, oh boy, is it in perfect time for Earth Day. Did you know that average APPLE could be as old as 10 months from when it was harvested, before it gets in your mouth (or hands at the store)?! Did you know that while the vast majority of consumers wants to believe signage from the grocey store that somewhing is "locally grown" it could be as far away as in a different time zone? WHAT?!

This Earth Day, we hope you enjoy learning about how you and your family could become more sustainable for not only our children's future, but their children's children as well. We have one earth. Let's treat her well.

XO,

Letty & Lucy
