#011 - In this episode, I interview Dr. Beverly Pell of Smart Digital Kids for a discussion about tech use with our kids and her approach to T.A.M.E Your Tech. We discussed how kids at different ages use technology and how we, as parents, can talk with our kids about their use of tech. More interestingly, we consider the perspective of how parents model our behaviours with tech on our kids and how we sometimes may need to also tame our use of tech.
