
20th century traditional #management and #projectmanagement is a very defined, rigid and process-driven style of working. It also inherits the culture of command and control thinking, management, and dependencies. If you grew up in a command and control environment, you simply think very differently to someone in an #agile environment and it is very likely that you work in a very different style to them too.
