This podcast is a journey of navigation through these growing pains. The emotional, mental and spiritual checking in is important for this life thing. — I really just want to honour this space by holding hands with y’all as we balance each other when these growing pains try to come for our necks.

Hey y’all! Now after the last episode I promise I have gathered myself. The emotional ramble has ended and we’re back to regular programming. Today’s episode is just a touch up on what happens when you’ve believed your whole life that a path is a narrow one direction walk way. That if you stray or take detours you may never get to where you’re headed. I’ve come to realise that that is false. A path, YOUR path may require you to detour in order to unlearn and learn habits and talents in order to reach your destination fully equipped. This is permission to desire more than one thing. More than one thing that’s “out of the ordinary” or “not expected from you”. God’s got you, believe that! Speaking of believing, would you believe me if I told you that we finally have an Instagram page? Because we do!
