"Friends, family, strangers who've become familiar, I don't know you, I can't see you but I can feel you listening. I close my eyes and I can imagine you think, I can imagine you understand and question. We're not just flesh but we're spirit and a spirit transcends, that's how I know you're here. With you being here I want to say thank you. I want to say thank you for seeing our space as worthy. Thank you for your willingness to put up the mirror to see our similarities as reflections and our differences as diversity. Familiar stranger, friend don't forget that God is here. He says hi, let me in. He says well done, keep pushing. He says there's more, hold on tight. For this work I pray it held the space I intended it to hold. I pray it opened the closed hearts of those I prayed it would open. This isn't a goodbye but an interlude to a 'hi, remember me the voice that says ya'll instead you all?'"
