For me this podcast is a small step towards helping those of you who are searching for ways to help yourself and how incorporating the yogic lifestyle can help you cultivate a deep loving relationship to yourself, reconnect with your body and learn to trust yourself and finally that the breath, mind & body are all connected in a way that you can affect in a real way.
