The Monthly Project series allows participants to all follow a single text score prompt as their guides for composition and production. This past months prompt is as follows:
Create a piece of music of any style in 5 minutes or less that consists solely of samples of feedback. This can manifest itself through traditional microphone or instrument pick-up to amplifier feedback, no input mixer feedback, mobile communications device speaker feedback, or some other manifestation of the phenomenon. The samples do not have to be original if you are unable to record them yourself.
