Richard Arnold
In the first instalment of the second series of Grief Kind, Clover Stroud talks to Richard Arnold about his experience of grief following the unexpected loss of his father Dave, who passed away in his sleep in 2016.

He recalls the shock and the overwhelming emotions he experienced and discusses the initial stages of grief and how he and his mum continue to support one another. Richard talks fondly about his father and their close bond, describing him as a ‘Cockney boy with a twinkle in his eye’, a wicked sense of humour, and a hard worker.

Throughout the episode, Richard highlights the importance of support from loved ones during times of bereavement and how important it is to be there for each other.
