During this week's episode of greener fields Hannah chats with Simon Murphy who is originally from Dublin but is now living in West Cork. During this week's conversation Simon speaks about growing up in Dublin, the role that sport has played throughout his life, navigating life after school and his decision to move to Clonakilty in West Cork in January of this year. Whilst in his final year of his undergraduate Simon made the decision to move to Clonakilty for a job and over the last several months has lived and worked in West Cork. During this conversation Simon speaks about his experience building community and friendship in a new town, the challenges and best parts of moving within Ireland, finding adventure and independence at home alongside so much more. He also speaks about the decision to create West Cork Running Club as a way to bring people together in his new town and what home means to him today. This really is a very special conversation all about finding adventure on our doorstep, taking the opportunities that come our way, stepping outside the box and more, so make sure to check it out.
