Robert is Founder and CEO of his own business, Potentia Talent Consulting, which provides consulting and workshops for companies on diversity, equity and inclusion topics. Robert is also a keynote speaker at conferences. His speaking topics include inclusive leadership, engaging men as allies in gender balance and optimizing the workplace for women. Robert is an Executive Coach and has extensive experience in coaching male executives in diversity and inclusion. He is Disruptor in Residence in Diversity & Inclusion on the EDHEC Business School Global MBA Program and a visiting lecturer on Allyship for the University of Amsterdam Academy.
