In this episode, Felicia and Kenny interview Black Belt Freddy Trillo. Freddy teaches BJJ to many of the police departments in Florida and has since retired from active duty. Freddy talks about his first encounter with with a suspect who took him down, then pummeled Freddy from the mount position. Freddy, then realized that he had to learn something to protect himself which lead him to the Gracie Combative s in the 90s.
