From the untamed hills of Sicily, we're drinking COS frappato, a beautiful, as in LITERALLY GORGEOUS wine. We're talking scents of lavender and berries (weirdly also smells like silly putty??), an ethereal sensation on the tongue as this light bodied red bursts onto your palate and evaporates just as quickly. Our wine music mood is the hint, the vibe, the sensation of someone absolutely lovely walking past you; the playlist will make your body feel all rubbery and smooshy...all finger snaps and goosebumps.

Of course we enter discourse!!
