If you’re wondering about other ingredients typically found in most lasagna recipes, like eggs, Parmesan cheese, various Italian seasonings and so on, well, their absence was as disturbing as that of Princess Kate of Wales. Anyway, this video, with its charmingly misplaced confidence and generous use of very rough ingredient estimates made it the perfect muse for David's mission: to rescue the art of cooking from the jaws of convenience.
