Accepting the things I cannot control

Accepting the things I cannot control

The  first line in the Serenity Prayer: God Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. Maybe we need to pray for accept those things for which we can't control as well.

Too often we find ourselves stuck in pain, suffering and grief, because we are always wanting people and things to be different from what they are.

We try to control the uncontrollable. And because we put our efforts into that, we feel miserable.

That's the topic of this episode. It's a quick listen with a lot of good takeaway tidbits for you.
