(NLT) For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. Predestination - Greek word for Predestined is PRO - before, outside, prior, ahead. What Paul is saying, then, is that God's plan for us began in a decision to enter into relationship with us. This led, in turn, to his decision to “predestine” us. As the English verb suggests, this word (proorizo) simply means to direct a person to a particular goal. Cooperation - the action or process of working together to the same end. Matthew 22.1-14 Parable of the Great Feast 1Jesus also told them other parables. He said, 2“The Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a king who prepared a great wedding feast for his son. 3When the banquet was ready, he sent his servants to notify those who were invited. Cafe Conversations is a podcast edited from an edition of Gospel Cafe. Gospel Cafe is a melting pot and flagship program for Gospel4Grampian.  Its really designed to take the radio out to the people in communities to find out what God is doing in people's lives and celebrate God's Goodness through poetry, testimony, music, drama, reports, scripture.  Who knows one day soon, we'll be able to get out and about again. This is a live recording of a Gospel Harvest Evening at Blacketyside Farm at Leven in Fife. A full room and tables loaded with harvest produce to take to neighbours. Tables were laden at Backetyside Farm Shop with harvest produce which comes from seed.  This is a very different harvest from the final harvest onm earth which God's angels be very much part of.  What does it take to get into Heaven? Archy MacMillan provides an important insight.
