This week Nicole sits down with Jason Terrell, one of the cofounders of and current Executive Director of Profound Gentlemen.  The organization was founded to build a community of male educators of color, with the larger vision of dismantling the cradle to prison pipeline by establishing a cradle to career pipeline for boys of color. Together, Nicole and Jason chat about some of the challenges that Jason has had as an educator and in founding Profound Gentlemen.
