I am BEYOND excited to share this episode with ya'll!! We have a very special guest: Rhia Batchelder (@Rebuild.with.Rhia on social media). Rhia left her career in Big Law (due to extreme burnout) and has now built a successful business as a career & burnout coach for high level achievers, often in the corporate world, and is truly changing the game!
Her and I actually recorded this episode last November, right before I closed my coaching business & took a major hiatus. This conversation was so good and juicy though & I was majorly bummed when it never made it to air (life was life-ing and i just couldn't even fathom going through my zoom recordings and downloading and uploading and all the things 🥲)... but it truly lived rent free in my head for literally the past year lol.
Fast forward to NOW- and i do have time, and my brain isn't fried, and my emotional state is (mostly) in tact and Rhia and i are still very good internet friends and both firmly believe in the things we spoke about in this episode, SO WHY NOT SHARE IT??
It honestly goes perfectly with the title: Honoring Your Needs! Cuz that's what we do here- Baddies still get to be soft lil sweetie peeties and take care of themselves. Period.
When I asked Rhia if she was ok with me sharing the episode a year later she said yes of course- and then followed it up with, i don't remember what we talked about BUT IM SURE IT WAS FIRE!! haha. And she is correct.
