Along with providing individual and group therapies for individuals dealing with mental health related issues, our other not for profit initiatives cater to community at large, and they are as follows:
1. A free and confidential helpline providing psychological support exclusively for healthcare workers.
2. Samartha- A low fee mental health clinic for underprivileged communities.
3. Cogworks- A cognitive enrichment groups for seniors with dementia.
4. Khila- Rehabilitation groups for people recovering from severe mental illness.
5. COVID rehabilitation services: for people who suffered post COVID psychological, cognitive and physical symptoms.
6. Through the Looking Glass (book club) and the Oblique Angle film club- community events to facilitate conversations about mental health in popular media.
