Good morning and happy Monday! Today we have a very important discussion with about human trafficking, law enforcement and victim advocacy. Our guests this morning are Kane County State's Attorney's Office Jamie Mosser, Greg Spayth (Investigator, SAO Human Exploitation Unit) and Colleen Murphy, founder of My Body Tells the Truth. The purpose of this morning's program is to highlight law enforcement efforts in Kane County, specifically combatting Human Trafficking.
In addition, our panel will also discuss results, the role of social media in trafficking and ways for victims to receive support. Also, we will preview the upcoming Human Trafficking Summit at Aurora University on Friday, November 21st. The event will take place from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm and will explore prevention, intervention and resources.
