Have you thought about what wisdom is? True Wisdom is "comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God". In today's devotional we'll be learning how to gain more wisdom, and understand that life's experiences and God's Word equip us and help us have more wisdom for the future. Acquire understanding (actively seek spiritual discernment, mature comprehension, and logical interpretation)! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth." ~ Proverbs 3:13 AMP "Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is the man who finds skillful and godly Wisdom, and the man who gets understanding (drawing it forth from God's Word and life's experiences)." ~ James 1:2-5 ESV "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives generously to all without reproach and it will be given him."
