Acts 4:1-31.  After being threatened for speaking about Jesus, the Peter and John declared they could not help but speak of those things they had seen and heard.  Returning to their friends, they prayed for boldness, and that healings, signs and wonders would take place through their hands.  The place shook and they were filled the Holy Spirit and spoke out boldly. We should expect the same when we pray that prayer.
