This week we read and reflect on Luke 19:28-40 NRSV as we cross the threshold into Holy Week. Palm branches wave, cloaks hit the ground, and Jesus rides in—not to conquer, but to subvert. We dig into the radical context of his entrance: how it undermines the logic of empire, disrupts capitalism’s obsession with profit, and points us toward a vision of the common good.
