66: How to create a morning routine for a productive energised day - with Alex White, Toby Smith & Pete Fletcher

Today three dynamic and very real senior leaders share how they spend their mornings to set themselves up for a productive, engaged day. Exercise is a cornerstone but so is starting small and keeping it simple. A morning routine is a habitual process of starting the day. This is performed almost subconsciously and conserves energy. When this is disrupted data shows that it is harder to focus and perform at work.

🔸 Reduce decision fatigue by building a habit 

🔸 Make habit formation easy by starting small (10 minutes of movement or stillness for example) 

🔸 Enjoy benefits from a morning routine across your day - physical, mental and emotional energy 

🔸 Something is better than nothing and imperfect is OK 

🔸 Exercising is the cornerstone to charge physical energy
