She takes immense pride in her hometown and is passionate about showcasing its unparalleled coastal lifestyle, breathtaking beaches, and rich cultural heritage to prospective homebuyers. Jeanna’s genuine enthusiasm for the area is contagious.
Real estate is in her DNA. Her great grandfather started the first real estate company in Daytona Beach on Main Street. His slogan: I sell Daytona Beach Sand. Jeanna is excited to be a part of the family commitment of helping families today find their dream home and preserve their roots, one generation at a time.
Jeanna graduated with honors from Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, and furthered her education at High Point University in North Carolina, where she pursued her undergraduate studies. At the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Jeanna excelled academically, earning a B.S. degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. Her educational background has equipped her with a solid foundation in effective communication strategies, which she plans to skillfully apply in her real estate practice and her new foundation.
Jeanna is an experienced non-profit professional with a passion for community engagement that she is excited to transition into the dynamic world of real estate. During her tenure at Volusia County Schools Futures Foundation, she was instrumental in raising funds for the district wide programs and loved helping motivate the young teenagers to earn college scholarships through FUTURES Take Stock in Children program.
Jeanna actively supports local organizations and charities. She has been involved in a number of local organizations including a Junior League of Daytona Beach member, a mentor for Big Brothers Big sisters, a Daytona Beach leadership graduate, MOAS Gala committee member, PTO VP for Sacred Heart Catholic School and a past board member for the Young Professionals group. Currently, she is the Founder of The Pink Lady Foundation which was established this fall and will help local women with Breast Cancer in our community.
Jeanna is a proud mother of two little girls, Clansie Jean and Roselle “ Rosie” Thompson who are both named after their great grandfathers. She finds great joy in volunteering at their school and helping to raise funds for Sacred Heart Catholic school in addition to beginning The Pink Lady Foundation which is near and dear to her heart. Her favorite quote is: “Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.”
